Customer Service Representative – GDS Travel Account


  • Assist travelers with booking flights, hotels, and other travel-related services.
  • Utilize Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre and Amadeus to process reservations.
  • Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Requirements

  • At least High School Graduate.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Travel or GDS BPO accounts.
  • Proficient in Sabre and Amadeus tools.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.


Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package:

  • Basic Pay up to ₱26,000
  • ₱2,000 Non-Taxable Allowance
  • 10% Night Differential
