- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services offered.
- Utilize effective problem-solving skills to resolve customer complaints.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
