Description
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Resolve customer issues with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company products/services
- Process orders, forms, and requests
- Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
- Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term relationshipsv
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong customer service skills, proficiency in English, and familiarity with call center operations.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
