Description
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance service delivery.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English language, exceptional customer service skills, strong problem-solving abilities, experience in call centers is a plus, effective people skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and adaptable.
- Working Conditions: Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
