Description
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Proficient in English Language, excellent Customer Service, strong Problem Solving abilities, dedicated Strong Work Ethic, and effective People Skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to manage call volume and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Working Conditions:Work in a fast-paced call center environment.
