We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to become the face of our support team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for customer questions and concerns—addressing inquiries, troubleshooting problems, and offering assistance through phone. The perfect candidate is calm under pressure, highly attentive to details, and genuinely invested in delivering a good customer experience. 

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer service or client-facing role
• Good verbal communication skills and active listening ability
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent (additional education is a plus)
