  • Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and prompt responses.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; ability to work effectively as a team player.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with regular shifts; may require weekend work.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication, patience, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
