CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Must be 18 years old or above
• Fluent in English—you’ll be conversing with international customers
• Computer and internet literate
• Ready for full-time, long-term employment

Successful applicants will receive one month of comprehensive training in communication, global culture, and product knowledge—ensuring you’re fully equipped before taking live calls.

EDUCATIONAL & PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• High School Graduates (old curriculum), ALS passers, or Senior High School Graduates (K–12)
• Not currently enrolled or tied to academic commitments
• Fresh college graduates are highly encouraged to apply
• Previous BPO experience with international voice accounts is a BIG advantage but not required
