Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Call Center Agents to handle inbound and/or outbound calls. The role involves assisting customers with inquiries, providing product or service information, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
- College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
- College Graduate – with or without experience
