Description
We are looking for a Call Center Agent to manage a high volume of inbound and/or outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, problem-solver, and customer-focused team player. You will be responsible for providing information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Senior High School Graduate with 1–2 years BPO experience
College Level (at least 2nd year) with minimum 6 months CSR experience
College Graduate – with or without experience
