Job Description
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, addressing inquiries, complaints, or requests.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, or policies.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex cases to supervisors.
- Document call details and customer interactions in the system.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Follow company scripts, guidelines, and protocols during calls.
- Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution.
- Offer product recommendations or upsell services when appropriate.
- At least a high school graduate.
- With experience in customer service specifically bookings and/or appointments.
- With experience in handling outbound and/or inbound calls.
- Skilled in upselling.
- Proficient in CRM software and appointment scheduling system.
