About the Role:


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice and heart of our company. You’ll handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and problem-solving skills — ensuring every client walks away with a positive experience.

We’re looking for individuals who are passionate about communication, quick to adapt, and motivated to help others. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love delivering excellent service, we want you on our team!


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls, emails, or chats in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide accurate information and solutions to customer inquiries, concerns, or issues
  • Maintain records of customer interactions using company systems
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, quality, and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues
  • Stay updated with company products, services, and policies to ensure accurate assistance
  • Uphold company values by maintaining a positive and professional attitude at all times


Qualifications:

  • At least a Senior High Graduate / College Level
  • With or without BPO experience (training will be provided)
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Willing to work on-site and on shifting schedules
  • Can work effectively under pressure and deliver quality service
