Your Role as a Customer Experience (CX) Advisor

As a Customer Experience (CX) Advisor, you hold a crucial position in ensuring that our clients' customers receive exceptional experiences. Your primary responsibility is to address their needs and concerns promptly and professionally, leaving a lasting positive impression.

To achieve this, your excellent communication skills will be put to use — active listening, empathy, and effective communication are key. Consistently delivering high-quality service and exceeding expectations are vital for success.

You are a perfect fit for the position if you:

  • Are a college graduate (with or without a background in the Customer Experience industry)
  • Have at least six (6) months of experience in the CX or BPO industry
  • Have good English communication skills
  • Possess strong customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
  • Have superb computer literacy
  • Are willing to work on a shifting schedule
