Responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, developing budgets and forecasts.
Manage the preparation and audit of financial statements, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Oversee daily financial operations, including account management and cash flow monitoring.
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial advice to support business decisions.
Participate in the development of financial strategies within the human resources industry to drive company growth.

Requirements

Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, MBA preferred
Experience Requirements: More than 10 years of relevant work experience
Skills and Abilities: Proficient in asset management, business management, market research, and financial statement analysis; familiar with portfolio management and fundraising processes; skilled in accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) management; possess business intelligence analysis capabilities
Responsibilities and Duties: Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, overseeing asset management, conducting market research, driving fundraising activities, and ensuring the liquidity of AP and AR
Work Environment: Dynamic and changing business environment, may require overtime
Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, team spirit, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
