- At least a High School graduate
- With at least 6 months of experience as a butcher in a local market
- Knowledgeable in multiple types and cuts of meat
Responsibilities:
- Cleans and maintains equipment and tools use for cutting
- Checks and Inspects meat quality
- Cuts, grinds and prepares meat
- Ensures appealing display of meats in the selling area
