Description

  • Prepare and cut various types of meat including beef, pork, and poultry according to customer specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the meat processing area.
  • Manage inventory of meat products and assist in the ordering of supplies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and advising on meat preparation and cooking techniques.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards.


Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: with Diploma
  • Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in a butcher shop or meat processing facility
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in meat cutting and preparation techniques
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills
