Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and highly strategic Business Transformation Consultant to lead and manage the delivery of high-impact business process transformation and technology modernization engagements for large, complex enterprises. This role is pivotal in developing and executing enterprise-wide transformation and optimization strategies that deliver tangible value.

The engagements you will lead have multi-level impacts, focusing on achieving significant improvements across business models, technical architectures, organizational structures, operational efficiencies, and sustained cost reduction opportunities. This role is requiring deep expertise in both strategy development and execution management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Client Leadership: Serve as the primary engagement leader, managing and nurturing trusted relationships with senior-level and C-suite clients (VP, SVP, and CXOs).
  • Strategic Transformation: Define, develop, and present compelling financial business cases, comprehensive risk modeling, and actionable strategies focused on large-scale business transformation, strategic sourcing, and global operating model design.
  • Solution Development & Sourcing: Lead the development of detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) statements of work, defining engagement financials, service level agreements (SLAs), and robust terms & conditions.
  • Execution Management: Provide direct, hands-on leadership in architecting, executing, and managing complex transition planning and post-go-live transition support activities.
  • Financial & Project Governance: Manage large engagement budgets, ensuring rigorous project governance to guarantee timeliness, quality of deliverables, and cost adherence.
  • Business Development: Actively support and contribute to new business development and proposal efforts, acting as a subject matter expert during the sales cycle.
  • Leadership & Innovation: Contribute to the development of proprietary intellectual capital and methodologies, specifically in high-growth or emerging areas of enterprise transformation (e.g., AI/ML in operations, hyper-automation, next-gen shared services).


Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, strategic advisory, or internal operations management
  • Domain Expertise: Proven, in-depth experience in business process optimization (BPO), organizational design, and large-scale transformation initiatives (e.g., Shared Services, Global Business Services, major technology implementations like ERP/Cloud migration).
  • Financial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate sophisticated financial models, including Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis, Return on Investment (ROI) projections, and quantitative risk assessments.
  • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship skills, with a demonstrated ability to quickly gain the confidence, respect, and influence of senior-level executive stakeholders.
  • Communication: Excellent and compelling communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, capable of translating complex strategy into clear executive delivery.
  • Project & People Management: Demonstrated mastery of client management, project management methodologies, and effective people leadership of diverse, cross-functional teams.
