The Franchise Consultant plays a key role in driving franchise growth by providing expert guidance and support to prospective and existing franchisees. This role involves analyzing business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and ensuring successful franchise operations in alignment with company standards. The Franchise Consultant serves as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the franchising process and maximize business performance.


DESCRIPTION:

  • Identify and engage potential franchisees through marketing, networking, and lead generation activities
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to evaluate franchise opportunities
  • Provide guidance on franchise operations, policies, and procedures
  • Support franchisees in business planning, financial management, and operational setup
  • Coordinate training programs for new franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards
  • Monitor franchise performance and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Maintain strong relationships with franchisees and act as the primary point of contact for operational support
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and expansion plans


Qualifications:

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in franchising, business development, or consulting
  • Strong understanding of franchise operations, contracts, and compliance
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret financial and market data
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently
