About the Program

We are launching a BD Incubation Program designed for entry-level candidates who are passionate about the crypto industry and eager to grow into professional Business Development roles.

No prior BD experience is required — this program focuses on training, mentorship, and real-world execution.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential partners, communities, and KOLs
• Support BD team in daily outreach, follow-ups, and relationship management
• Help with community engagement, market research, and competitor analysis
• Assist in coordinating campaigns and tracking basic performance metrics
• Learn how trading platforms, referral systems, and BD KPIs work in practice

Requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English (written and spoken)
• Strong interest in crypto / Web3 / fintech and basic industry knowledge
• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and sense of responsibility
• No prior work experience required (fresh graduates are welcome)
