Role Highlights

• Remote work setup (must have own PC & internet)
• Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT (occasional weekends with extra pay)
• Salary: 2,500 CNY/month (performance-based adjustments)
• Contract term: 1 year
• Independent Contractor engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential customers
• Engage prospects via phone, email, and text using a provided script system
• Transfer qualified leads to the sales team and set demo appointments
• Follow a structured sales process to engage and qualify prospects
• Collaborate with teammates to hit individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, marketing, promotions, or telemarketing is a plus
• Knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Resilient, self-motivated, and driven to achieve targets
