Job Description
業務開發專員負責識別、開發及確保新的商機，以推動公司的增長。此角色涉及市場研究、潛在客戶生成、客戶關係管理及戰略銷售規劃，以擴大公司的顧客基礎和收入來源。
主要職責包括：
- 進行市場研究以識別潛在的商機和行業趨勢。
- 發展並維持與潛在和現有客戶的關係，以促進業務增長。
- 透過網絡聯繫、冷電話、電子郵件推廣及參加行業活動來生成潛在客戶。
- 與銷售和市場營銷團隊合作，制定戰略銷售計劃及推廣活動。
- 準備並向潛在客戶呈現提案、合同及商業簡報。
- 談判條款並完成交易，以達成銷售目標和公司目標。
- 追蹤並分析銷售績效指標，以改善策略並達成業務目標。
- 隨時了解行業發展和競爭者動態，以識別增長機會。
- 與跨部門團隊緊密合作，確保客戶無縫對接和服務交付。
- 使用客戶關係管理(CRM)軟件維護業務開發活動的準確記錄。
