The Affiliate Marketing Supervisor (Supervisory) leads the expansion and performance of strategic affiliate partnerships that drive sustainable business growth. This role focuses on identifying, developing, and managing revenue-generating partnerships, strengthening market presence, and maximizing affiliate contribution through structured engagement, performance management, and continuous optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Partner Acquisition & Network Expansion

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic affiliate partners that support business growth and market expansion.
  • Build a scalable affiliate ecosystem by developing long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Conduct partner briefings and alignment sessions to ensure clarity on value proposition, processes, and compliance standards.

2. Business Growth & Revenue Enablement

  • Design and execute partner-driven initiatives that support account acquisition, lead generation, and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align affiliate initiatives with broader business development objectives.
  • Develop incentive structures and partnership programs that drive partner productivity and engagement.

3. Relationship & Account Management

  • Act as the primary relationship manager for affiliate partners, ensuring consistent communication, alignment, and support.
  • Strengthen partner commitment through regular performance reviews, feedback, and strategic discussions.
  • Address partner concerns proactively and resolve operational or performance issues impacting results.

4. Performance Management & Reporting

  • Monitor partner contribution using key performance indicators such as lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue impact.
  • Analyze performance trends to identify growth opportunities, risks, and improvement areas.
  • Prepare business development reports and recommendations for management review.

5. Governance, Risk & Brand Stewardship

  • Ensure all partner activities comply with company policies, regulatory standards, and brand positioning.
  • Monitor partner practices to mitigate reputational, compliance, and operational risks.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve compliance-related or partner-related concerns.

6. Continuous Optimization & Market Intelligence

  • Stay informed on partnership models, affiliate trends, and competitive practices.
  • Recommend strategic enhancements to partnership frameworks, tools, and engagement models.
  • Support management in identifying new partnership opportunities and growth channels.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, or relationship-driven sales.
  • Proven ability to build and manage external partnerships that contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven and results-oriented with the ability to translate insights into action plans.
  • Willing to conduct fieldwork and partner engagements as needed.
