Key Responsibilities:

• Assist franchisees in understanding and adhering to franchise agreements.
• Ensure ongoing compliance with franchisor policies and operational standards.
• Provide consistent coaching, training, and support to franchise partners.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide actionable feedback.
• Analyze financial and operational data; prepare reports for management.
• Identify areas of improvement and recommend operational enhancements.
• Conduct market research to support local and regional marketing strategies.
• Manage franchise territories and mediate disputes between franchisees.
• Develop and deliver onboarding and training programs for new franchisees.
• Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events.
• Lead communications (calls, emails, texts) with inbound franchise prospects.
• Facilitate smooth interactions between prospects and company leadership.
• Track all leads and manage the sales funnel using provided CRM tools.
• Uphold company policies and maintain professional conduct at all times.
• Support additional sales-related projects as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Sales Associate or similar sales-related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
