Description
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments to support company growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to launch promotions or campaigns
- Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals
- Manage and optimize the lead generation process
- Track and report business development performance using KPIs
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align business goals and client needs
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships in e-commerce or entertainment
- Proven ability to meet and exceed business targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with digital tools, CRM systems, and online platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
- Creative thinker with a strong understanding of market trends in e-commerce or entertainment
