The Business Development Specialist focuses on lead generation, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to build a strong client base. They work to close deals by nurturing relationships, negotiating terms, and ensuring successful client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Management
2. Customer Relationship Management
3. Market Analysis and Strategy Development
Job Requirements:
1. College graduate
2. Field sales/B2B experience is a must. Telesales experience is a plus.
3. Hybrid set-up
4. Must be from Metro Manila/nearby province.
5. Preferably with a car/vehicle.
