Description
- Develop and implement growth strategies to drive new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align efforts with business goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales support, training, management, relationship building, communication, cold calling, lead generation, and customer relationship management.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Identify new business opportunities, support sales processes, and maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Usually in an office setting, with some travel required for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive nature, goal-oriented, and adaptable.
