Job Description

The Business Development Specialist (Export) must identify growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue through new client acquisition and market expansion. To blend a strategic thinking, relationship-building, and sales expertise to help the company achieve long-term success.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Market Research & Opportunity Identification: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to drive business growth.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales and business development strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Proposal & Pitch Creation: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches tailored to client needs.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations and close deals that deliver mutual value and long-term partnerships.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Performance Reporting: Track and report on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
  • Adherence to plan activities as well as government and other regulatory requirements
  • To perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to support the organization’s Mission, Vision, Objectives, Strategies and Core Values


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education: Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • Experience: at least 3-5 years experience in export, business development, sales and strategic partnership
  • Certification/License: CRM Proficiency (advantage but required)
