Description
- Business Development & Sales: Managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals and nurturing relationships.
- Opportunity Identification: Identifying, analyzing, and evaluating new business opportunities.
- Client Relations: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strategy Implementation: Developing and implementing business development strategies.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Negotiation & Contract Management: Leading negotiations for contracts and agreements.
- Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, product development) to ensure alignment.
Requirements
- Strong communication & negotiation skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for building relationships and closing deals.
- Sales experience: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals is often required.
- Business acumen: Understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and business strategies.
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market data, identify opportunities, and develop strategies.
- Problem-solving skills: Ability to address client needs and find solutions.
- Industry knowledge: Familiarity with the specific industry or market the company operates in.
