Qualification:

- 2-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, business, or sales is preferred.

- Experience in the events or hospitality industry is highly preferred.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills—able to build lasting relationships with clients.

- Strong critical thinking and analytical abilities with a sharp business acumen.

- Exceptionally organized, with a keen attention to detail.

- Solid understanding of core business principles, with a strategic mindset for spotting new opportunities.

- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales or business development targets.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Experience developing and executing business strategies that align with company goals.

- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
