Responsibilities:

Global Ecosystem Partnership Development: Lead the identification and engagement of global Web3 ecosystem partners—including public chain projects, leading protocols, decentralized exchanges, overseas investment institutions, international industry media, and KOL/community guilds—to build a diversified, high-value global partnership network.

Cross-Cultural Business Liaison: Using English as the primary working language, independently oversee the entire overseas collaboration process, including requirement communication, solution design, business negotiation, contract execution, and implementation. Ensure seamless and efficient cooperation with foreign partners and drive the execution of core projects such as liquidity integration, protocol interoperability, and joint marketing.

Resource Integration and Value Activation: Deeply uncover the core strengths of domestic and international partners and design innovative collaboration models (e.g., joint airdrops, co-branded initiatives, technical co-development, international AMA events) to achieve resource complementarity and maximize value, thereby enhancing the brand’s influence in the global Web3 market.

Market Insights and Strategy Delivery: Continuously monitor global Web3 industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyze industry opportunities and risks, and produce actionable market insight reports to provide data support for the company’s business strategy.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Coordinate with product, technical, marketing, and community teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners, ensure effective alignment of internal and external resources, guarantee smooth project execution, and regularly share progress and performance data to optimize collaboration strategies.

Requirements:

Professional Background and Industry Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business development, ecosystem partnerships, or related roles in the Web3 industry. Deep understanding of blockchain fundamentals, Web3 ecosystem architecture, and the operational logic of DeFi/NFT/DAO sectors, with verifiable successful collaboration cases (data-supported).

English Proficiency (Core Requirement): Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, writing), capable of using it as a working language for seamless cross-cultural communication. Able to independently conduct English-language business negotiations, overseas meeting coordination, contract review, and daily relationship maintenance with foreign partners.

Personality Traits (Core Requirement): Outgoing, proactive, with strong affinity and interpersonal skills. Adept at quickly integrating into diverse cultural contexts, capable of establishing and maintaining long-term, stable trust with domestic and international partners, and adaptable to the dynamic pace of the Web3 industry.

Core Competencies: Results-oriented, highly self-motivated, with excellent resource integration, project management, and problem-solving skills. Possess extensive Web3 industry connections (project teams, exchanges, investment institutions, KOLs) and the ability to navigate complex business scenarios independently.
