Job Description: KOL and Community Collaboration 1. Identify and engage influential Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), affiliated companies and community leaders in the crypto space. 2. Establish and manage long-term partnerships to promote across social media, YouTube, Telegram and other channels. 3. Plan and execute influencer-driven campaigns to boost brand awareness and user acquisition. 4. Develop community and project outreach by identifying promising blockchain initiatives and Web3 developer communities for deep collaboration. 5. Forge strong relationships with project teams, venture capital firms and key industry stakeholders to build a premier platform. Strategic Partnerships and Alliances 1. Explore and establish partnerships with other blockchain platforms, DeFi protocols, NFT projects and DAOs to expand the ecosystem. 2. Collaborate closely with internal teams to launch co-marketing campaigns, joint ventures and industry events. 3. Monitor industry trends and identify new business opportunities. Requirements: 1. 1–3 years of business development, partnerships or marketing experience in the blockchain or fintech industry. 2. Strong network of KOLs, influencers, developers and blockchain projects. 3. Passion for Web3, DeFi and RWA. 4. Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-management skills. 5. Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Location: Preferably based in North America with relevant local resources.
