Job Description:

• Rapidly build expertise in cryptocurrency mining hardware, firmware, and software; data center infrastructure (static and modular); energy markets (regulated, deregulated, off-grid); mechanical engineering (airflow management and immersion cooling technology); joint ventures and other corporate structures; financial markets (mining valuations and financing); portfolio and treasury management (managing an ASIC portfolio and BTC holdings); and more.

• Help deliver exciting new technologies such as mining pool services, financing services, ASIC management software, and custom firmware to miners.

• Build and maintain relationships with key mining farms and miners across North America.

• Expand Spider’s global presence by attending conferences, participating in podcasts, and authoring articles.

• Conduct due diligence on mining sites and colocation facilities to identify strong partners for expanding our mining farms. Maintain relationships with dozens of energy producers and hosting facilities worldwide.

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for customers, ensuring a seamless integration experience.

Qualifications:

• 2–5 years of experience in the crypto mining industry working with ASICs and GPUs (professional or hobby level).

• Basic understanding of mining pool software, power markets, energy infrastructure, data center operations, and shipping logistics, including insurance and tariffs.

• Strong communication skills with clients, media, and business partners.

• Willingness to travel multiple times per quarter.

• Proficiency in English as the working language.
