We are looking for a passionate and experienced Associate Director of Business Development to join the PayDD team, responsible for business development in the Web3 sector. You will drive the growth of PayDD products by developing marketing channels, brand promotion strategies, and collaborations within Web3 communities, helping the company establish a leading position in the industry.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Identify and secure strategic partnerships with Web3 communities, agencies, and high-quality KOL resources aligned with PayDD's product promotion objectives.

2. Manage relationships with channels, agencies, and KOLs; execute B-end operational activities; handle communication and feedback to ensure efficient collaboration.

3. Oversee partnership lifecycle including business development, contract execution, and resource exchange agreements.

4. Conduct in-depth research on Web3 ecosystem trends and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and optimize business development strategies.
