2. Maintain strong relationships with agents and marketing channels to ensure long-term collaboration;

3. Execute agency marketing strategies, track and analyze channel cooperation effectiveness, and make adjustments to pursue optimal performance and maximize ROI;

4. Stay informed of local industry development trends and competitor activities, taking appropriate countermeasures.

1. Associate degree or above (requirements may be relaxed for outstanding candidates), with over 2 years of experience in agency business development; candidates with business development or marketing experience in fintech or related industries preferred;

2. Experience in foreign exchange and precious metals preferred;

3. In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing within the industry;

4. Candidates with existing agency resources are preferred.
