The primary focus of a business analyst is to understand the goals, objectives, and requirements of a project or initiative.
- Business analysts collaborate closely with stakeholders from various departments and levels to gather and document requirements, define business processes, and facilitate effective communication between business users and technology teams. They utilize various techniques and tools to analyze business problems, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose solutions. This may involve conducting research, performing data analysis, and facilitating workshops or interviews to gain insights into the organization's current state and its desired future state.
