Description
- Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facilities.
- Address plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and supplies.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with other staff to improve building operations.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Education not required; training in building maintenance is a plus.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in maintenance roles preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in safety protocols and distribution components; ability to troubleshoot.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, inspect facilities, and ensure safety compliance.
- Working Conditions: Physically demanding; may require lifting and working in various weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, strong problem-solving skills, and teamwork-oriented.
