- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Perform maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work
- Respond promptly to requests and emergencies
- Maintain inventory of tools and supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
- Document maintenance activities and repairs
- Collaborate with other staff to improve building services
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Building Maintenance or a related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Basic repair skills, knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Perform routine maintenance, respond to repair requests, and ensure safety regulations are met.
- Working Conditions: Indoor and outdoor environments; may include lifting and working at heights.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
