Job Summary

Responsible for performing routine

maintenance, repairs, and inspections on equipment and facilities. This role

ensures the smooth operation and upkeep of the premises by handling general

maintenance tasks and assisting in emergency repairs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of clinic facilities and utilities.
• Repair and maintain cabinetry, drawers, countertops, and fixtures.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting (e.g., outlets, lighting, GFCI, breaker reset).
• Address plumbing issues including faucets, drainage, leaks, and water supply lines.
• Support the setup, calibration, and minor troubleshooting of dental chairs, suction systems, compressors, autoclaves, and other electronic dental devices.
• Monitor and ensure proper functioning of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
• Maintain records of work performed, equipment status, and scheduled service.
• Assist in clinic fit-outs, renovations, or equipment relocation when necessary.
• Follow strict safety and cleanliness protocols in compliance with clinic policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance-related concerns or emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School/Vocational Graduate
• Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
• Knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently
• Willing to work at different branches (Calamba, San Pedro, Santo Tomas, Dasmariñas, General Trias, Imus, and other more)
• Willing to learn repairs/maintenance of dental equipment's
• Preferably living in Santa Rosa, Laguna or nearby areas
• Willing to travel for repairs (Cavite, Laguna, Batangas, Metro Manila Area)
• At least have some knowledge and background with electronics, plumbing, electrical, installation and painting.
• Have a driver's license for car and motorcycle (If none, willing to get one as it is required).
• Willing to work on weekends -Can do multitasking and multiple repairs.
