- Collaborate with other maintenance staff on projects.
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Building Maintenance or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of hands-on experience in building maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in air conditioning repair, installation, and general maintenance tasks.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct routine inspections, perform repairs, and ensure all systems function efficiently.
- Working Conditions: Typically works indoors and outdoors; exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
