The ideal candidate will have an ability to create and maintain an efficient system of operation to support the business needs. The candidate should be comfortable multitasking and working cross-functionally with different business units. The ideal candidate should have previous experience, at least 2 years, in construction or real estate.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees Head Office projects and reports their timeline and current percentage completion.
  • Implement process improvements on evaluation of contractors, tenant fit-out review, and project management
  • Quality Control of on-site procedures, staff, and quality standards.
  • Conducts Building Technical Audit for the managed recommended solutions for the compliance of the Building Administrator.
  • Ensures all tenant construction is aligned with the current Design & Construction Guidelines
  • Manages building handover from Construction to Building Administration
  • Assists with the design strategies for project implementation.
  • Checking project compliance and contractor deliverables with respect to the awarded project.
  • Assists in the audit proper of the building and its facilities such as but not limited to elevator System, Cooling Tower and Centralized Air conditioning System, Security and FDAS, CCTV, Electrical and backup Generators, Water Supply System, STP and other system connected to the building.
  • Perform contracts management (review contracts, effect needed changes, negotiate and renew contracts with clients).
  • Perform technical evaluation of bids for projects and other services.
  • Formulates key plans, TORs, and BOQs for project bidding.
  • Ensures all plans being reviewed are compliant with regulatory bodies
  • Coordinates with nominated vendors or contractors for smooth implementation of awarded projects
  • Assists in punch listing of projects for contractor close out and completion
  • Perform other duties as deemed necessary or as required by the Principal in order to accomplish work-related deliverables.
  • Position will be part of the Operations Technical Team

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in the Construction and/or Real Estate Industry.
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
  • Can operate AutoCAD/Sketch Up/Revit software(s), Microsoft Office Applications, and Google Workspace
  • Has project management skills
  • Has outstanding organizational and communication skills
  • Has good work ethics
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Comfort working with multiple groups within the business
