  1. store manager to hand over the daily operation of the store
  2. check the stock and order through the selective suppliers
  3. find potential suppliers and training staff
  4. handle cashier work and tabling the daily summary
  5. rearrange the items on the shelf
  6. hiring the part-timer staff and manage the schedule
