Job description:

KEY RESULT AREAS

Store Operations

· Oversees daily store operations

· Ensures strict compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) standards

· Performs and monitors proper opening and closing procedures

· Controls operating costs, inventory, and store resources

Marketing

· Implements approved promotions and marketing programs

· Ensures proper execution of Local Store Marketing (LSM) activities

· Maintains proper display of marketing materials

· Ensures cashiering and payment systems are properly used

People Management

· Prepares and manages staff schedules

· Trains, supervises, and evaluates store staff

· Recommends employees for regularization, promotion, or disciplinary action

· Handles employee concerns and implements due process

Administration & Others

· Ensures proper use of company funds and equipment

· Prepares and submits required reports on time

· Coordinates store concerns with concerned departments

· Assists in new store openings and operational activities

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, HRM, or any related course
• At least 1–2 years of experience in leadership role.
• Proven ability to manage daily store operations, cost control, inventory, and manpower scheduling
• Experience in training, coaching, and performance monitoring of staff
• Knowledgeable in company policy enforcement, disciplinary procedures, and due process
• Able to prepare and submit operational reports accurately and on time
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Can work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and meet operational targets
• Detail-oriented, firm but fair, and results-driven
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, holidays, and graveyards.
