• Oversee and manage daily branch operations and overall performance
• Lead, supervise, and motivate branch staff and field officers
• Ensure achievement of loan production, collection, and portfolio quality targets
• Conduct regular field visits and client monitoring
• Implement company policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Prepare and submit operational, financial, and performance reports
• Manage risks and ensure loan quality control
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, community leaders, and partners
• Handle operational issues, decision-making, and conflict resolution
• Willing to be assigned or relocated as required by the company

Qualifications:

• Must have experience as a Branch Manager in the microfinance industry
• Strong background in microfinance operations
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Genuine passion for community development
• Willing to be trained and continuously learn
• Willing to be assigned in other areas
• Willing to work on a stay-in basis
• Must have a motorcycle and a valid driver’s license
• Hardworking and willing to work long hours
• Must have a Certificate of Employment (Soft/Hard Copy)
