About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead our team at La Sedia Furniture! You will be responsible for overseeing overall branch operations, ensure excellent customer service, and strengthen branch performance.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, motivate, and train branch staff to meet sales targets
• Ensure smooth daily branch operations (workflow, inventory, and customer service)
• Develop more effective and efficient strategies for the store
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
