- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies for business growth.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and the community.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, marketing knowledge, teamwork, sales management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with possible travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Leadership, adaptability, proactive attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
