We are looking for an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to help us shape the future of Web3.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize blockchain architecture for decentralized applications (dApps).
• Develop and audit smart contracts (Solidity, Rust, and other technologies).
• Integrate blockchain solutions with external services and APIs.
• Assess security, performance, and scalability of solutions.
• Lead a team of developers and participate in code reviews.
• Work with DeFi, NFT, DAO, and other Web3 technologies.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement products.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in blockchain development (Solidity, Ethereum, Polkadot, Solana, and others).
• Experience developing smart contracts and interacting with blockchain networks.
• In-depth understanding of tokenomics, DeFi, NFT, and other key Web3 technologies.
• Knowledge of consensus mechanisms and blockchain network architecture.
• Experience with Agile and Scrum for product development.
• Proficiency with smart contract development tools (Truffle, Hardhat, Remix).
• Experience developing and integrating decentralized applications (dApps).
• Experience with cryptography and blockchain system security.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of Rust, Substrate, Polkadot is a plus.
• Experience with DAO or in DeFi is an advantage.
• Familiarity with modern testing and monitoring methods for blockchain applications.
