Job Responsibilities

• End-to-End Billing Management: Generate, review, and distribute accurate and timely invoices to clients via accounting software (QuickBooks Online).
• Collections Leadership: Proactively manage the entire collections cycle, including sending payment reminders, following up on overdue accounts via email and phone, and maintaining detailed records of all client communications.
• Client Interface: Serve as the primary, professional contact for US clients regarding billing inquiries, payment issues, and account reconciliations. Provide exceptional, clear, and empathetic customer service.
• Process Improvement: Develop, standardize, and streamline billing and collections SOPs to enhance efficiency and reduce days sales outstanding (DSO).
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on accounts receivable status, aging reports, collection effectiveness, and cash flow projections for management.
• Payment Application & Reconciliation: Accurately apply client payments to invoices and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and account management teams to resolve client service issues that may impact billing or payments.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in a billing and collections role, preferably within a service-oriented, B2B, or staffing environment.
• Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal command of English is non-negotiable. You must be able to communicate complex billing matters clearly, professionally, and persuasively with native English speakers.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong experience in QuickBooks Online, Google Workspace, and MS Excel/Sheets.
• Remote Work Discipline: Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively across time zones, and maintain high productivity in a fully remote setting.
• Cultural & Contextual Fit: Must be comfortable working during Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours. A strong understanding of, or willingness to learn, US business communication norms and practices is essential.
