Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pre-Law, Education with a major in English, or a Business-related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory position.
  • Excellent reading comprehension skills.
  • Previous supervisory experience is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).


Job Description

  • Supervise the bidding department.
  • Check and monitor bidding documents for each project.
  • Coordinate with different departments, consultant, and local government units (LUs) related to bidding.
  • Attend the needs and concerns of other department heads regarding bidding.
  • Propose developments to improve and streamline the bidding process for effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Provide reports regarding upcoming, on-going and completed bidding projects.
  • Provide reports regarding the result of joined bidding on the same day after bid opening.
  • Monitor schedule of bidding project from Pre-bid up to collection.
  • Monitor and supervise the completeness of all bidding files that have been won.
  • Monitor bidding projects to ensure all are well-coordinated and submitted on time.
  • Willing to travel to attend bidding and work overtime in case needed.
  • Perform any other duties deemed necessary and assigned by Management.
