Description
- Provide expert beauty product advice and recommendations to customers.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations and makeup applications.
- Maintain product displays and stock levels.
- Stay updated on beauty trends and techniques.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Education: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in retail or sales environments preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork abilities, sales training aptitude, public speaking skills, sales management experience, and inventory management knowledge.
- Responsibilities: Assist customers with product selection, manage inventory, participate in sales training, and deliver presentations.
- Working Conditions: Retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Qualities: Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic, customer-focused, and detail-oriented.
