Description
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on drink recipes and trends
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: No formal education required; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of bartending experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong beverage knowledge, flexibility, speed, efficiency, and cleanliness.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, possible late hours, and standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Personable, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
